His new home is located in neutral waters, so the tenants are not formally subject to the laws of any state. According to the owner of the house, the housewarming was supposed to coincide with the decade of Bitcoin, but the strong storms near Thailand forced him to postpone a significant date to the last month.

Chad Elvartovski and Nadia Summergirl are the first alleged people, whose location is now beyond all lands and laws. The couple built a houseboat with the help of a startup Ocean Builders, which is engaged in the "relocation" of those who want to open ocean.
Chad and Nadia paid for their adventure with money earned on profits from an investment in Bitcoin. The building cost them 150 thousand dollars, which is 30 thousand dollars more than the originally estimated budget. The total area of the house is only six square meters, it has an octagonal shape and two floors.
Wife Elvartovski says she is tired of the constant theories about the construction of floating islands, while no one wants to do the real thing. She comes from Thailand, so she is glad to create her new home not so far from the shores of her native country.
