The large blockchain company ConsenSys, which was opened by Joseph Lubin, one of the founders of Ethereum, announced the purchase of a Heritage Financial Systems broker-dealer from the USA.
According to the company, Heritage is licensed by the Securities Commission, which will allow ConsenSys to strengthen its brokerage, dealer and advisory capabilities. The new acquisition should also help the company introduce a blockchain for issuing tokenized bonds in the local market.
Heritage was transferred under the control of ConsenSys, a broker-dealer of ConsenSys Digital Securities. The division noted that a licensed company will strengthen their dealer capabilities.
