A year before the start of consideration of the relevant bill, Prime Minister David Cameron addressed the NSPCC members and said that pornography on the Internet does not allow children to fully develop. In the course of the survey, it was found that from the age of 11, approximately 80 percent of young people periodically go to prohibited resources for them.
The ban will apply not only to individual resources, but also to social networks. How exactly it is planned to implement such an ambitious program is still unknown.
