Binance Crypto Exchange offers Australian residents to use the Binance Lite service and buy bitcoins at newsstands. This was reported by The Next Web. It is known that the first time you can buy digital currency for Fiat in more than 1,300 newsstands. And although it will be only Bitcoins for now, they plan to expand the range of digital currencies in the future.
Before using the new service, Australians need to pass through account verification, including compliance with KYC requirements. After that, they will be able to place online orders, pay for it with a fiat at the newsstand and receive bitcoins within a few minutes. There is a 5% commission for the operation.
Note that earlier this month, Binance CEO Changpeng Zhao hinted at the launch of a new cryptocurrency platform in Argentina. The government concluded an agreement with Binance Labs on joint investment in blockchain projects.
