Such conclusions were made after several "investigations" of crypto companies. The authors of the report posted on the network recorded 12 purses of air, which with a certain degree of probability belong to QuadrigaCX. For these wallets, experts have identified transactions worth a little more than $ 100 million.
Investigation showed that the funds are on the exchanges Poloniex and Bitfinex (or were, until not exactly known). The experts also made the assumption that the accounts on the exchanges could be registered by QuadrigaCX employees using the KYC data of their clients, which they collected when registering on their platform.
