According to the results of a survey conducted by the auditing company KPMG, many managers of large enterprises are confident in the emergence of fundamentally new solutions on the blockchain in the next three years. 66 percent of respondents indicated that they are going to continue working with technology even in the event of a fall in the cryptocurrency market.
What awaits the blockchain?
“For three years, the blockchain will change the way business is done. Already, many institutional users of distribution technology are taking enterprises to a new level. Blockchain applications appear almost every day that can fully replace many existing utilities, ” the respondents say.
Only a quarter of those polled by the auditing company KPMG stated that they could not yet make predictions in the long term due to fluctuations in the cryptocurrency market. Due to changes in the value of the coins, the size of the commission for using the blockchain may also increase, which promises new expenses.
A similar survey was previously conducted by the Global Blockchain Business Council. Then, about 40 percent of respondents agreed on the opinion that digital technology can replace the usual bureaucracy and circulation of documents until 2020.
